Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ScrubAce ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

These terms apply to anyone using ScrubAce — whether as a business owner, an invited team member (tech), or a customer whose data is processed through it.

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at support@scrubace.com immediately.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ScrubAce.

You agree NOT to:

• Use ScrubAce for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other businesses' data or accounts without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with the service or other users
• Send spam, malware, or harmful content through ScrubAce's email features
• Resell or sublicense access to ScrubAce

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of all data you add to ScrubAce — your customers, schedules, photos, signatures, and notes. We don't claim any rights to your business data.

By using ScrubAce, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the service. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the data you enter. Don't enter information you don't have the right to share.

ScrubAce is currently in early access. Pricing and billing terms will be communicated clearly before any charges occur.

We may change pricing in the future. Active subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price increase affects them.

We aim to keep ScrubAce running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions. For mission-critical work, please keep backup records.

ScrubAce is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

ScrubAce is a tool for managing your cleaning business. It is NOT a substitute for professional legal, accounting, or tax advice. Records kept in ScrubAce may not be sufficient for regulatory or legal purposes — consult appropriate professionals for those needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrubAce and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

In any case, our total liability to you for any claim related to ScrubAce shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@scrubace.com. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of ScrubAce after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi.
